It deserves its 4 stars. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Staff, really helpful. Satisfied with breakfast's price - 2079 jpy per person per day.

It was very clean in the hotel. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like le croissant shop abeno that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Besides, it had a private parking which was located nearby👍

abeno harukas is "next door" and you can reach tennoji subway station within 5 minutes walk. we stayed in front of such popular places as nipponbashi. kita district is worth your attention. the hotel met needs well, we would definitely go back.
